With this in mind we invested in state of the art cabinet design software. We now can submit 3D photo image & fully dimensioned drawings for your approval.

Over the years the techniques used in both design and manufacture has changed considerably, to keep up with these changes Fairfax has invested heavily and now boasts, design office, work and finishing shops employing design software, enabling the actual item to be constructed on screen. The end result is a true 3D photo image presentation with full dimensioned plan and perspective drawings.

AlphaCAM is a comprehensive CAD/CAM System used to manufacture all types of components fully integrated and connected to our CNC machines.

Having two CNC machine centres, the most exacting production of panels and components can be achieved from quantities of one to hundreds. All items remain within the very tight tolerances ensuring precise assembly of machined parts. With the addition of an assortment of wood turning, panel dimensioning and moulding machines linked with our fully equipped finishing shop, Fairfax is happy to undertake projects from single component through to fully finished cabinet work.

Laminate Worktops

We are retail suppliers and fabricators for all main worktops.

“OMEGA” splashbacks, upstands and trims in a laminate finish.
“AXIOM” 40mm thick laminate tops in 3 distinct profiles with 5 different styles of surface finishes with splashbacks and upstands.
“DUROPAL” 40mm thick laminate tops with 61 exciting decors with a 6mm or 3mm rad to postformed edges with back panels to selected patterns.
“NUANCE” A range of tops 30mm thick made specifically for the bathroom. A collection of surface finishes incorporating stone, granite, and wood grain effects.

Solid Wood Worktops

28mm, 32mm, & 40mm thick wooden tops in teak, birch, cherry, country beech, iroko, maple, oak & prime beech. Upstands 18mm x 40mm x 3000mm also available.

Granite & Marble Worktops

Available in 20mm & 30mm solid with a variety of edge finishes. A huge array of colours to choose from in a very exciting worktop material.

Completely Fitted Bathrooms

All cabinetwork doors & tops are manufactured from moisture resistant MDF.
The finished colour was chosen by our client from a standard paint colour chart.
Our suppliers mix the lacquer to the exact shade & sheen level.
The lacquer used was polyurethane 10% sheen level giving an extremely hardwearing & attractive finish.
